The Sara Lee Trust provides counselling, complementary therapies and therapeutic group activities to people in Hastings and Rother living through cancer and other life threatening illnesses, with support for their families and carers.
The Sara Lee Trust runs a programme of events which take place at the St. Michael’s Hospice on Monday afternoons.
These one-off sessions will cover areas of interest to people affected by cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.
Topics include Lymphoedema, Sex & Intimacy, Mindfulness, Aromatherapy, Creative Stitching, Music Therapy, Massage Techniques, Creative Therapy, Legal Matters, Cooking, Hair Loss and Making Plans for the End, as well as sessions for Men and Young Women Affected by Cancer.
