Zinat is one of our First Contact Physiotherapists and is able to assess patients with soft tissue, muscle and joint pain and to decide on the most appropriate management pathway. FCPs are physiotherapists with expertise in the assessment and management of Musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions.
Zinat is able to assess the following. without the need to see a GP first. Just ask the receptionist for an appointment.
• All soft tissue injuries, sprains, strains or sports injuries
• Arthritis – any joint
• Possible problems with muscles, ligaments, tendons or bone, eg tennis elbow, carpal tunnel
syndrome, ankle sprains
• Spinal pain including lower back pain, mid-back pain and neck pain
• Spinal-related pain in arms or legs, including nerve symptoms, eg pins and needles or numbness
PCN Physiotherapist
Heidi has joined the Rural Rother PCN as a clinical pharmacist after completing the East Sussex Multisector Pharmacist Foundation to Advanced Training Programme. She has gained valuable experience working in different setting: acute hospital, rehabilitation hospital, care home team and neighbouring PCN. Heidi also has extensive experience in community pharmacy. Her role as a PCN pharmacist will be focusing on medicine optimisation and promoting safe transfer of care through the provision of structured medication reviews. Heidi is also a qualified independent prescriber with specialist interest in diabetes and has been delivering care in diabetes clinic.

Dr Cudlipp joined the practice in 2014 as a part time assistant, having previously been a GP registrar at the practice

Dr Anna James qualified from the University of St Andrew’s and the University of Manchester in 2011. Anna joined the practice on 2021.

Richard is currently one of our GP trainers and is also involved in medical education and has published a range of papers.
